At ProAPIs, we offer flexible options for users who need higher rate limits (concurrency) than the default provided. By default, when you sign up, each service assigns its default concurrency and request price.

The allocated limits can be customized if the default limits don't suffice. There are two ways to upgrade the quota limits.

1. Subscribing to a Plan

To adjust your concurrency and request price quickly, you can subscribe to a plan for the service you intend to use. When you subscribe to a plan:

• Concurrency and price are adjusted immediately.

• You can choose a plan that best fits your usage needs.

2. Requesting a Quota Upgrade

If the available plans do not meet your needs, you can request a quota upgrade through the Service Quotas section under Billing in the Developer Portal. When you make a quota upgrade request:

• Your request is reviewed by our team.

• The request can be fully or partially approved, or it may be rejected.

For users with higher usage limits, we also offer the option to request custom price and concurrency limits under the Pay-As-You-Go model.

Service-Specific Scaling Levels

Each service offers different levels for scaling based on their capabilities. For example:

• SerpsBot: Can allocate thousands of per second concurrency for high-demand use cases.

• iScraper: Offers lower concurrency limits compared to SerpsBot but can be customized based on needs.

Steps to Request a Quota Upgrade

1. Log in to the Developer Portal.

2. Navigate to the Billing section.

3. Select Service Quotas.

4. Choose the service for which you need a quota upgrade.

5. Submit your request with the desired limits.
